Installation Guide

This guide explains how to install and configure ceRNAxis.

Prerequisites

Before installation, please ensure you have the following dependencies:

  • Python >= 3.12
  • Other dependencies (if applicable)

Installation

You can install ceRNAxis from GitHub as follows:

pip install git+https://github.com/compbioclub/cernaxis.git@v1_as
